Quarante house photo gallery
Explore the rooms and details of the house in photographs taken on 7 and 13 August 2026. The ground-floor views show the renovation at that time.
The historic stone façade
Mullioned windows, arched doors and a cobbled lane reveal the character of the house from the street.
Bedrooms and attic rooms
Oak floors, exposed stone and old beams on the renovated upper floors. One small room receives borrowed light through an internal window; the attic includes areas beneath sloping ceilings.
Entrance and landings
A terrazzo staircase, oak balustrades and a light well connect the three floors.
Kitchen and bathrooms
A rustic kitchen with an old stone sink, a bathroom with a WC and a separate shower room.
Ground-floor renovation
Photographed on 13 August 2026: repaired floor structures, services partly installed and finishing work still to complete. The vaulted room is propped; the courtyard can be seen beyond the room under renovation.
